Joseph W. Jennings, Founder, President/CEO

Founded Drakes Bay Company LLC in 2005. Joe provides a wealth of experience in transactions representing acquirers and divesters of IP assets. Recognized as a deal strategist and having a broad IP network, he leverages his knowledge of technology markets to package deals for divesting and acquisition.

Prior to founding Drakes Bay Company LLC, he was a business strategist and Board member for Stac Electronics, and marketing strategist for Intertrust, two history making IP-rich technology startups. He was also President/COO of Dorado Network Systems, SVP Market Development of Intertrust, and founder and President/CEO of Jennings and Company, a market-consulting firm that was sold to Grey Advertising.

Past strategy clients include IBM, Sun, Adobe, Motorola, Seagate, Oracle, NEC, and a broad range of technology startups and venture capital funds.

He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, cum laude from Whitman College.

Marisa Bracoloni, Chief Financial Officer

Joined Drakes Bay Company LLC in 2008.  Marisa is responsible for all contract negotiations through signing and funding. Marisa is a former VP Global Sales Operations, salesforce.com and held senior financial management positions at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard Company.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, State of Connecticut, and has a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, summa cum laude, from Bryant University.
